When this place first transitioned from Sushi Mitsuyan to Ridge Steakhouse, the new chef was great, the food and menu great. I brought a dozen non-Jewish coworkers here twice in 2014 and they really liked it. In June 2018, they served greasy chicken with unappealing soggy skin, limp overcooked vegetables, poorly seasoned meat, and pathetic salads and sides, with no good menu choices. Very sad decline.

Steaks were incredible, the appetizers were tasty and unique, not the expectation when I heard tongue. We had the ox tail as a special tonight, it was tasty and extremely unique a drop pricier thank I expected but well worth it!

Only the steaks were good. Appetizers & sides we're terrible. Wait was pretty good. Not too long.

They got it just right! The ambiance, the service, the setting and the perfectly prepared and presented food! Great place for a relaxing evening!!!

Very good food, but if you're in a rush, then go to a fast food place!
