Everything was excellent last night. Huge improvement over previous visit. We loved it

I especially love the food here and the ambiance is nice. There is an automatic 18% gratuity added. However we were most unhappy tonight when we decided to fine out and arrived at Sushiana at 6:00pm., there was exactly one other table of two seated besides our table for two. We received menus and then we were ignored. No water, nothing. There was an idle sushi chef behind his station there were 2 young women and two young men being the cash register and telephone/computer station. After 15 minutes I asked if the guests at the other table had been waited on and they said "finally, but they had waited for some time" so, I went up to the young man at the computer station if we could place our order. In a blank stare he said "we are kinda busy right now" my husband and I walked out because we were kinda hungry.
