First time going there the service was bad. They never listen to the order you want after correcting them. All they did was switch something off or take it off. I wish there was a zero star but one is all I can give.

Was a disappointing experience. A hot pastrami and corned beef sandwich was cold and so dry. Could hardly swallow it. The hamburger too. Was the size of a children’s meal. And the price of those to sandwiches was very high for the quality of what was served.

Horrible experience. Worst pastrami in NYC and possibly the country. Such a shame

Un personnel mal poli, une carte qui n est pas a jour !!! J ai commander un hot pastrami par default, c etait tout simplement du p sec meme pas grille avrc de la charcuterie et certainement pas chaud !!! Je recommande a toute personne de ne pas mettre un pied labas

Paid for take away sushi and was told rice is cooking. Then was told no sushi for an hour. So we got a refund. By this stage we were then told there were no pancakes even though we ordered and paid 10 mins earlier. Shocking service. Ate here 2 years ago. Was much better then. Even though they open at 7.30 on fri morning they can't do all food for Shabbat until later in the day.
