The restaurant is under the supervision of the IKC. Do your own research as to whether they are acceptable. I am a yore shomayim and I would eat there. Don't be ignorant.

This restaurant is not kosher by any standards at all. They are open on Shabbat. The “Rabbi” providing certification has no halachic authority. Please, anyone who has Yiras Shomayim do not go here.
